1. Introduction
Welcome to Eurufly ("Eurufly," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using beta.eurufly.com or the Eurufly mobile/web application ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. About Eurufly
Eurufly provides a digital aviation ecosystem that connects travelers, operators, pilots, and service providers. Eurufly does not own or operate aircraft and does not provide direct aviation services. All flights, aircraft, and aviation operations are handled by third-party operators.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Eurufly is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
5. Platform Usage
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Interfere with the Platform's performance, security, or functionality.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Platform.
6. Services & Third-Party Operators
Eurufly acts solely as a digital intermediary. All aviation services—including aircraft availability, flight operations, safety compliance, pricing, and scheduling—are provided exclusively by third-party operators.
Eurufly is not responsible for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or operational issues
- Operator performance or safety decisions
- Losses, damages, or liabilities arising from third-party services
Your engagement with any operator is a separate contractual relationship.
7. Payments & Transactions
Payments made through the Platform may be processed by third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, you authorize Eurufly or its payment partners to process charges as applicable. All fees, taxes, and pricing are subject to change.
8. Loyalty Points & Rewards (EAST System)
Any loyalty points, credits, or digital rewards provided during the beta phase are promotional and have no cash value. Eurufly may modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.
9. Beta Program Disclaimer
The Platform is currently in beta testing, meaning features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change.
By using the beta version, you acknowledge:
- Performance issues may occur
- Data or preferences may reset
- Features may be added, removed, or modified without notice
- Eurufly is not liable for any loss resulting from beta-related changes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform belong to Eurufly Corporation. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Eurufly Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to Eurufly's data collection and usage practices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Eurufly makes no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy or completeness of information
- Availability or reliability of the Platform
- Operator or pilot performance
- Future development of features or services
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Eurufly is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Platform use or inability to use
- Third-party operator services
- Errors, technical issues, or data loss
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eurufly from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
15. Modifications to Terms
Eurufly may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Termination
Eurufly may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
